Their high-quality local farm produce includes wagyu and rose beef, Scotch lamb and eggs.
The family hails from a background of farming and horticulture with LS Smellie proudly serving the farming community in Scotland since 1874. At Greenhall Farm, the aim is to build the business rearing calves for rose beef and to rear a small herd of pure cattle.
Their rose beef calves come from local dairy farms, where calves are normally culled. Greenhall keep them on average for 8 months to produce a very tender and tasty rose veal young beef. They also have quail, hen and duck eggs available all year round that are available for local delivery or collection from the farm.

Wagyu beef in Lanarkshire.
Greenhall is a small family-run business. They opened the first Scottish Wagyu shop in March 2016. All the Wagyu beef is reared on the farm in Lanarkshire.
The shop also stocks lots of quality, local farm produce including Angus beef rose beef, Scotch lamb, quail, hen and duck eggs.
Greenhall Farm is registered with the British Wagyu association.
